As the Head of Economics Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University, I am pleased to issue this letter of recommendation for Didik Kurniawan Hadi. I have known Didik Kurniawan Hadi for the last years. He was my student in Development Economics I. He was also my assistant for some research projects. During his work, he showed his satisfactory performance and responsibility in doing his entire task

As an undergraduate student, he has shown an excellent performance. He finished his undergraduate program with distinction. Furthermore, he seems to have an outstanding and promising academic record for Bachelor degree program. I found that he has penchant for research work. He is a diligent, a-self-motivated, and hard working person. Apart from his academic activities, he was actively involved in leadership and extracurricular activities. He was a leader for BITE (Bureau Information and Technology of Economics), part of IKAMMA (Management Student Association), BEM (Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa), and Editorial Staff in Equilibrium (Student Press). However, I think that he needs to improve his theoretical capacity and research capability to support his capability more. I believe that following Qualitative Evaluation on the the Improving Educational Quality program from World Bank can enhance his capability and enrich his perspective.

I strongly support him endeavour to follow this program. Furthermore, he will be able to give insightful contribution to his career. Accomplishing this program will enhance his knowledge and capability in doing research, he can provide quality service to society and share valuable experience.
